As of today I am -79. HOWEVER, I did not track my dinner/snacks from last night so I do not believe that is accurate.
Bad.Bad.Week.
Blah.
I went to the grocery store last night and that was much needed. Especially since I ended up spending about $170 WITH coupons. I was out of so much stuff including oils and spices and when I have to get that kind of stuff it makes my grocery bill sky rocket. Oh well, we needed everything I purchased.
After I got home from the store I was exhausted. I plopped myself down on the couch and caught up on one of my TV shows. I had 4 episodes recorded. I watched those and by the time I was done Andrew was home from work so we sat on the couch talking while he caught glimpses of the football game. (He's a Fantasy Football kind of guy) We were in bed by 10:15 and luckily I had NO trouble passing out. My alarm went off at 6:00 this morning and someone was NOT happy about getting up:

L: Smart Ones Meal(7), 1/2 c. 1% Cottage Cheese(2), Tomatoes(0), WW Triple Brownie Bliss Bar(2)
S: Chobani Flip(6), Apple(0)
D: TBD
After all of that food I will have 8P+ left. I bought lettuce and I would love to have a big salad with chicken sausage and almonds. Yum!
Then tomorrow is the moment of truth.... when I meet the scale at 12:00pm.....
