I won't do a detailed breakdown of everything I ate... but let's just say my menu for the last 3 days included Pizza Hut, Mexican food, cupcakes, candy, alcohol and bacon. Yes, bacon is its own separate entity. HOWEVER...

I didn't gain, I didn't lose and I am VERY happy about that. I think my activity for the week really helped balance out the nasty food I put in my body. Also, on Saturday I swam. Whenever I am in the pool I really try to swim a couple of laps, run or do kicks and such to get a little bit of activity.

That is how I spent my weekend. Lounging by and in that beautiful pool in that beautiful backyard. I love my parent's house.
Anywhoo....
I do not have much else to update. Nothing exciting is going on. I am a year older, I have lost a Point per day that I can eat on WW because of my age and I feel good!
